Is there a contract?
No. The price is monthly and you can stop at the end of any month.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. You keep your web workspace and can continue once you choose the monthly plan.
Do you charge per report or per minute?
No. One flat monthly price covers the companion pilot and the web workspace, including dictation, review, and templates.
Is my report text stored on your servers?
Report drafts are not kept as a server-side archive. Bounded, time-limited records can hold short report fragments for safety auditing and support. The trust page names each one with its retention period.
Can you invoice our department?
Yes. Checkout on this page covers one radiologist. For several radiologists on one invoice, with a purchase order and a data processing agreement, contact us and we arrange it directly.
